How long does onboarding take?
Most clubs run their first event in under 5 minutes. If you need to migrate existing data, book a demo and we'll do it together in a 30-min session.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. You can start free with the Free plan (up to 16 players and signups per month). When you grow, scale to Pro without losing your data.
How do you bill the plans?
Pro plans are billed monthly in MXN or USD based on your account. If you pay the annual plan, we give you 3 months free. We accept card and bank transfer.
Do my players pay anything?
No. The Matchball app is free for your players; they only pay the event price to the club or organizer.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your data anytime (Excel/PDF). If you cancel, we keep your information for 60 days in case you decide to come back.
